Greetings! Welcome to this edition of Haame Decrypted Insights.

Recently, Haame’s Financial CRM Operations Management System has officially completed integration with Twilio SendGrid and Mailgun email APIs. This innovative initiative aims to provide brokerages with a robust and reliable large-scale, high-frequency email delivery solution, solidifying their outreach capabilities for market expansion and client engagement.

SMTP Email Delivery Mechanism

Currently, SMTP remains the mainstream method for email delivery. The SMTP protocol, refined over decades, is highly mature. By configuring SMTP server addresses, ports, names, and passwords, it meets the needs of small-to-medium-scale email campaigns.

However, email service providers typically impose frequency limits—such as daily, hourly, or per-minute email quotas—which may lead to delivery failures and disrupt business operations.

API Email Delivery Mechanism

The API-driven email mechanism effectively addresses SMTP’s limitations, particularly excelling in large-scale batch sending and high-frequency request scenarios. By leveraging API calls, emails are sent without repeated connection setups, significantly improving efficiency.

Additionally, API services incorporate hybrid, fully redundant Mail Transfer Agents (MTAs) and automated queue management to maximize delivery rates. They also provide delivery reports and analytics tools to optimize email marketing strategies.

Crucially, the high availability of API services and binding Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) ensure reliable email delivery.

Email Polling & Traffic Distribution Mechanism

While brokerages can freely choose between SMTP or API mechanisms, Haame further enhances reliability through its unique email polling and traffic distribution system, adding an extra layer of fail-safe protection.

Specifically, this mechanism allows brokerages to configure multiple sender mailboxes, creating a redundant safeguard. If a sender mailbox or email provider fails, Haame’s system intelligently switches to alternative available mailboxes or providers—seamlessly and transparently to ends.

Furthermore, to prevent overload on individual mailboxes, the system automatically schedules mailboxes in rotation for load balancing, ensuring efficient and stable email delivery.Through this innovation, Haame not only elevates email reliability but also refines the overall delivery experience.

That concludes this edition of Haame Decrypted Insights. Thank you for your attention—we look forward to seeing you next time!
